Human Resources Manager (Recruiter)
A pharmaceutical company is looking for an English-speaking recruiter to work in Vialtech.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize applications for the selection of personnel (translators and editors), and coordinating the specific requirements for candidates with clients
- creating job postings
- posting vacancies on job search portals
- searching for CVs of candidates who meet the requirements of the vacancy, and reviewing CVs sent by candidates to posted vacancies
- calling candidates and conducting telephone interviews
- organizing and conducting a personal interview
- assessing candidates using psychological testing, tests of professional knowledge, case interviews, structured interviews, and competency interviews
- preparation of an opinion for heads of departments on candidates selected for interviews with an internal customer
- organizing and conducting interviews together with the head of the department and final candidates
- advising heads of departments on candidates, and participating in the selection of a specialist
- preparing and sending an offer to the final candidate, and agreeing on the start date
- accompanying a candidate during a probationary period
- preparation of reports on the selection of personnel, and the implementation of hiring plans
- development of a personnel base
- familiarizing new employees with current Vialtech rules and policies
- scheduled meetings
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- higher psychological or economic degree
- fluency in English
- at least two years of work experience as a recruitment manager
- compliance with the requirements, rules and corporate policies of Vialtech
- PC knowledge at the level of a confident user – Microsoft Word and Excel
- excellent communication skills

WORKING CONDITIONS
- full time legal contract
- monthly salary: 45.000,00 RUB + benefits
