A pharmaceutical company is searching for an English-speaking legal translator to work on a freelance basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Written translation of:
  • charters
  • certificates of registration
  • constituent agreements
  • orders
  • extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities
  • decrees of the President of the Russian Federation
  • decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation and other countries
  • federal laws
  • regulatory legal acts
  • official letters of top officials of companies and heads of departments
  • powers of attorney
  • contracts
  • international agreements
  • various apostilled documents
  • notarial certificates
  • certificates
  • extracts from registers
  • transaction passports
  • registration certificates
  • GMP
  • CPP certificates
  • import licenses
  • wholesale trade in medicines
  • production of drugs
  • APIs
  • other legal documentation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• higher legal degree
• translation certificate (English)
• at least three years of written translation experience in the field of jurisprudence
• knowledge of the context of translated articles
• knowledge of Russian grammar
• experience with software packages and applications including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, and Adobe Photoshop
• the use of Google Translate and similar machine translation systems is prohibited
• willingness to work, adhering to the norms, rules and principles of the company
• compliance with business ethics and anti-corruption policies of the company
• adherence to confidentiality of information
• high level of efficiency

• constant access to the Internet
• available for contact by telephone

WORKING CONDITIONS
