English Notarization Specialist

A pharmaceutical company is searching for an English-speaking notarization specialist to work in Vialtech.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• organization of the work of the legal translation department;
• translation and editing of legal documents:
  • statutes
  • registration certificates
  • constituent agreements
  • orders
  • extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities
  • decrees of the President of the Russian Federation
  • decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation and other countries
  • federal laws
  • regulatory legal acts
  • official letters of the top officials of companies and heads of departments
  • powers of attorney
  • contracts
  • international agreements
  • various apostilled documents
  • notarial certificates
  • certificates
  • extracts from registers
  • transaction passports
  • registration certificates
  • GMP
  • CPP certificates
  • import licenses
  • wholesale trade in medicines
  • production of drugs, APIs
  • other legal documentation
• coordination of the work of the department of legal translators;
• quality control of translations;
• preparation of documents for subsequent notarization by a notary;
• cooperation with a notary office;
• document management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• higher legal degree
• translation certificate (English)
• knowledge of the context of medical and pharmaceutical articles
• previous work experience in a pharmaceutical company is encouraged
• expert knowledge of the Russian language
• the ability to work with large amounts of information
• accuracy
• stress resistance
• focus on results
• ability to work in a team
• excellent communication skills
• at least three years of experience in legal translation

WORKING CONDITIONS

• full time legal contract
• monthly salary: 55.000,00 RUB + benefits
