English Pharmaceutical Translation Coordinator

A pharmaceutical company is searching for an English-speaking translation coordinator to work in Vialtech.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• distribution of translation orders;
• maintaining order statistics;
• coordination of the work of the translation department;
• holding round table discussions and meetings on translation quality issues;
• translation of:
  • registration dossiers for drugs and pharmaceutical substances
  • translation of regulatory documents
  • reports on preclinical and clinical trials
  • PSURs
  • CCDSs
  • SPCs
  • descriptions of production processes
  • reports on tests for the presence of impurities
  • translation of stability study data
  • expert data on the validation of analytical methods
  • bioequivalence
  • GMP/CPP certificates
  • import/wholesale/manufacturing licenses
  • presentations
  • other documentation
• document management;
• preparation of reports for the CEO of the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• translation certificate (English)
• higher pharmaceutical degree
• at least three years of translation experience
• knowledge of the context of medical and pharmaceutical articles
• knowledge of Russian grammar
• ability to work with large amounts of information

WORKING CONDITIONS

• full time legal contract
• monthly salary: 60.000,00 RUB + benefits
