Technical English Translator

A pharmaceutical company is searching for a technical translator with knowledge of English to work on a freelance basis.

translation of scientific and technical literature:
- instructions for the use of equipment (manuals)
- software packages (software)
- patent descriptions
- other regulatory and associated product documentation
execution of written translations in a timely manner, while ensuring the exact correspondence of the translations to the lexical, stylistic and semantic content of the originals;
compliance with the established requirements in relation to the scientific and technical terms and definitions used.

higher technical degree
translation certificate (English)
at least five years of experience in the translation of technical texts
knowledge of the context of translated articles
knowledge of Russian grammar
experience with software packages and applications including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, Adobe Photoshop
the use of Google Translate and similar machine translation systems is prohibited
willingness to work, adhering to the norms, rules and principles of the company
